Woodfarm Brewery is a fifteen brewer’s barrel micro brewery based in the Heart of England in a village called Willey which is just outside of the famous town of Rugby, Warwickshire. The Brewery itself is capable of producing over three hundred nine gallon firkins per week, that’s twenty one thousand pints of the finest real ale beer.
Ever since its creation in 2010, Woodfarm Brewery has been owned by Phil & Sue Dewes who have worked tirelessly for many years to get it to where it is today, a substantial micro brewery with an enviable reputation of producing fine ales and beers to individual and major pub owners across the region and countrywide. Having done the ground work, in January 2015 Phil & Sue Dewes decided to take a step back and appoint Jane and Linden Kendrick to run and manage the brewery. Jane has been with the brewery from its inaugural set up in 2010 and has a wealth of over 25 years in the brewery business, working for major brew houses in the country. Linden a former business owner himself, has a real eye for detail, together they make a formidable team who are very passionate to take Woodfarm Brewery onwards & upwards
At Woodfarm Brewery we believe in using only the finest of ingredients in all of our brews, Marris Otter, Crystal, Chocolate & Roast Barley Malts, Cascade, Challenger, Boadicea & Amerillo Hops to name but a few.
But it takes a little bit more than that, as well as yeast and liquor, two other vital ingredients are needed; passion and our very own Head Brewer Chris Pickard. Chris has been a vital ingredient at Woodfarm Brewery for some time now and his brewing knowledge and expertise is second to none.
